Meetings and Minutes
All meetings take place on the second Thursday in the month (except August) at: The Village Hall in the small room to the right of the main door or on the right through the side door.
Meetings of the Parish Council are not public meetings but meetings open to the public.
Procedure for speaking during public session
Procedure for the public session of The Parish Council
Please enter via the side door after 7.15pm. DO NOT ENTER THROUGH THE MAIN ENTRANCE
The public session is scheduled to be 15 minutes. Please let the clerk know you wish to speak and what the topic will be in advance.
The public session will not be a surgery for the local Shropshire Council Ward Member.
Please restrict your comments to a maximum of 3 minutes.
The Parish Council will add your issue to the next agenda for a discussion.
If you wish a topic to be discussed at the meeting you attend you must let the clerk know by the 25th of the month before the meeting.
Your communication will be added to correspondence.
